Internet provider cuts service for overuse
Internet providers have begun cutting off service for excessive downloading, which they say slows down the network for others. So far, only Comcast is known to have punished some transgressers for overusing the Internet, The Washington Post said. Other companies say it is a problem they are dealing without pulling the plug.
