Kinmirai Tsuushin 'hoodwinked' investors
Internet protocol-phone service provider Kinmirai Tsuushin Inc., on which the Tokyo District Court started bankruptcy procedures on Dec. 20, began collecting huge funds from investors at the end of 2002 despite knowing the unlikely prospects of an increase in revenues from IP communications
