Vonage asks court to overturn Verizon patent verdict
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Vonage Holdings Corp., the struggling Internet phone-service provider, filed a motion Tuesday seeking to overturn a federal court decision that ruled it had infringed on Verizon patents. The company cited a Supreme Court ruling that scales back the rights of patent holders.
