Ask any of the principal players in Naples Free-Net the reason they put in full-time hours and often quite a bit more for work that s strictly on a volunteer basis, and they re likely to scratch their heads. I don t know why, says Ron Bender, who serves as technical expert for the nonprofit internet service provider (ISP). I wish I knew.
