Woman sues Suddenlink, saying she was overcharged

A customer has sued cable and Internet provider Suddenlink, claiming she was overcharged $10 a month for high-speed Internet service. In the lawsuit, Charleston resident Laura Alvis said she was billed $39.99 a month to subscribe to the company's 384K high-speed Internet
