SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Yahoo Inc. YHOO.O and Symantec Corp. SYMC.O unveiled a joint consumer Internet security service on Monday that will help the two companies compete against major rivals such as Google Inc. GOOG.O and Microsoft Corp. MSFT.O
