Comcast subscribers cite service issues, lack of support

More than six months after Comcast took over Time Warner's Shreveport operations, people are complaining about trouble reaching customer agents and long wait times for routine service calls. Company officials said some of the problems will be solved when calls start going to a Comcast call center
