Steve Alexander: E-mail delay? Time to try new service
Q I am a customer of Qwest DSL Internet service using MSN as the Internet service provider. I've had two e-mail problems. One is that I keep getting a message that says I have a dozen or more unread e-mails, when in fact I never have that many.
