Telecom firm Uniserve buys Kootenay Internet Service to expand rural service
VANCOUVER (CP) - Uniserve Communications Corp. has acquired Kootenay Internet Service in a bid to expand its rural service. As part of the deal, 95 per cent of Kootenay's customers will move over to Uniserve. No financial details were disclosed in a release
