Taiwan market: Sparq invests in SeedNet for IPTV
Taiwan-based fixed-line telecommunication network operator Sparq, has gradually increased its stake in Taiwan's second largest ISP (Internet service provider) SeedNet, from an initial 26% in 2003 to 46% currently, and is preparing for operation of IPTV (Internet protocol TV) through SeedNet, according to industry
