itX Group Acquires the Web Hosting Business of ICO International
itX Group has announced that it has agreed to acquire the web hosting business of ICO International. ICO is a web hosting business established in 1997 providing hosting services to over 155 contracted customers, predominately on Microsoft operating systems. itX will fund the acquisition from existing cash reserves and it is expected that this addition to its business will be immediately earnings
