network operator, SNO Telecom, hasn't begun operating yet but it's already shaking up the telecom market. It is in talks with one of Telkom's biggest customers, Didata's Internet Solutions (IS) about carrying some of its traffic. IS is SA's largest corporate-focused Internet service
